中石化第五建设有限公司是中石化炼化工程（集团）股份有限公司全资子公司，是我国最早从事石油化工建设的大型施工企业，也是中国石油化工集团有限公司直属大型综合性工程建设企业。公司拥有石油化工工程施工总承包壹级企业资质、钢结构工程专业承包壹级、国外工程承包资质、对外经济合作经营资格资质和建筑行业（建筑工程）乙级、石油化工医药行业（化工工程、石油及化工产品储运）设计专业乙级资质、环保工程专业承包壹级资质等。

公司现有员工近3000人，长期联营的合作队伍20000余人，长期使用外籍员工近1000人。公司现有员工中，各类管理和专业技术人员近2000人，其中，高层次项目管理人才400余人，取得国际认证的项目经理（PMP）114人，取得一级建造师等高级执业资格近200人，具有中高级职称的专业技术人员近800人，获得省部级以上专家型人才21人。

公司现具备60亿元/年以上的施工生产能力。能独立承担炼油、化工、化肥、化纤、橡胶、电力、电气、仪表等大中小型装置及配套工程建设任务。在大型吊装、大型传动设备（机组）安装、大型储罐安装运输、大型DCS自动化集散控制系统安装与调试和特种材料焊接，以及大型锅炉、大型空分、炼油、聚烯烃、甲醇、煤化工、土壤修复、安全技术、机械清罐、智能化拆除等方面，形成了独具特色的技术优势。近年来，公司在做好传统业务的同时，在安全技术研发、土壤修复、油罐机械清洗、无轨导全位置爬行焊接机器人、智能化拆除等方面创新求变发展转型业务，培养了一大批高级工程技术人员和各专业高级技师。在国家许多重大项目建设中，充分体现了在工程管理、机具装备、专业人才、新技术开发应用等方面的实力和优势。

SFCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. (SEG), one of the earliest large petrochemical construction enterprises in China, and a large integrated construction enterprise directly subordinated to SINOPEC. The company abstained a variety of qualifications including the National Petrochemical Construction General Contracting Qualification (Class 1), Steel Structure Professional Contracting Qualification (Class 1), International Engineering Contracting Qualification, Foreign Economic Cooperative Business Operation Qualification, Building Industry (Class 2), Petrochemical & Pharmaceutical Industry (Chemical project, Oil & Chemical Products Storage & Transport) Professional Design Qualification (Class 2), Environmental Engineering Professional Contracting Qualification (Class 1) etc.

SFCC has nearly 3,000 permeant staff, 20,000 temporary employees and about 1,000 foreign employee. It has 2,000 managerial and technical personnel in various disciplines, among which 400 high-level project management staff, 114 project managers (PMP) with international certification, 200 obtained qualification of primary registered construction engineer, 800 gained Intermediate Certificate and Senior Certificate, and 21 experts at the provincial level.

The annual production of SFCC is more than 6 billion RMB. It can independently undertake oil refining, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, chemical fiber, rubber, power, electrical, instrumentation of large, medium and small plants and their related supporting systems.

SFCC acquires unique technical advantages in heavy lifting, installation of heavy rotatory equipment (unit), large storage tank installation and transportation, large DCS automatic control system installation and calibration, special material welding, erection of heavy boiler and air separation facility, as well as in the industry of oil refinery, polyolefin, methanol, coal chemical, soil remediation, safety technology, mechanical leaning, intelligent demolition and etc.

In recent years, SFCC did well in the traditional business, at the same time, it made progress and breakthroughs in safety technology, soil remediation, oil tank mechanical cleaning, track-less all-position crawling welding robot and intelligent demolition and etc., cultivating a large number of senior engineering and technical staff and senior professional technicians. In many major projects construction, SFCC fully represents strength and advantages in project management, machinery and equipment, professional talents, new technology development and application.
