发展历程(Development History)

五建公司是一个有着近70年历史的企业。其前身是大连机电安装工程公司,1953年在大连正式成立,隶属于重工业部化学工业管理局,负责大连化学厂、大连碱厂建设。1955年公司搬迁至吉林,主要负责吉林化工区的恢复及建设工程,建成了新中国第一个化肥厂、第一个电石厂、第一个染料厂。1956年公司移师兰州,建设兰州化工厂,为中国石油化工的“长子”兰州石化,奉献了自己举足轻重的力量。1999年7月1日,公司正式划归中国石油化工集团公司管理,成为直属施工企业,更名为中国石化集团第五建设公司。2006年5月,公司开始“走出去”的战略步伐,至今已从事境外施工业务18年,完成EPC项目1个,施工总承包项目20个,高标准建成了沙特拉比格、科威特新炼厂等世界级石油化工工程,项目分布在沙特东、南、西部地区及科威特等国。根据中国石化集团公司党组战略部署,公司于2010年12月18日,南迁广州,填补了华南地区没有中国石化集团公司直属工程建设企业的空白。2012年4月,根据炼化工程板块实施重组上市要求,由中国石化集团第五建设公司更名为中石化第五建设有限公司。

SFCC is an enterprise with a history of nearly 70 years. Its predecessor is Dalian Mechanical and Electrical Construction Co., Ltd., established in 1953 in Dalian, under the Chemical Industry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Heavy Industry, which is responsible for construction of Dalian Chemical Plant and Dalian Alkali Plant. In 1955, SFCC moved to Jilin and was mainly responsible for restoration and construction of Jilin Chemical Industry Zone. The company built the first fertilizer plant, the first calcium carbide plant and the first dye plant in New China. In 1956, SFCC moved to Lanzhou and involved in Lanzhou Chemical Plant, making its important contribution as the "eldest son" of China's petrochemical industry. On July 1, 1999, SFCC was officially put under the management of SINOPEC and became a construction enterprise directly subordinated to the SINOPEC, renamed as The Fifth Construction Company of SINOPEC. In February 2006, the company began to "stepping out to the international market", engaging in overseas construction business for 18 years, completed 1 EPC project, 20 projects as general construction subcontractor, completed Saudi Arabia Rabigh and Kuwait New Refinery world-class petrochemical integration projects with high standards. These overseas projects are distributed in the east, south and west of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other countries. On December 18, 2010, according to the strategic deployment of SINOPEC Group’ Leadership, the company moved to Guangzhou, filling the gap that there is no construction enterprise directly under Sinopec in South China. In April 2012, The Fifth Construction Company of Sinopec was renamed SINOPEC Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. in accordance with the restructuring and listing requirements of Sinopec Engineering Group.
